How to Make a Complaint

Friendly provider checking a septic tank lid at a single-story home in Bay Lake

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Speaksobtain Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can reach out about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Speaksobtain Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Speaksobtain Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email us at contact@speaksobtain.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Send It

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
