Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using speaksobtain.garden and the services offered through it by Speaksobtain Septic. When you use this website, use the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Speaksobtain Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do not do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking their credentials, asking for proof of license and insurance, and getting a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is for general information only. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Always confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, check with your insurer and your local health department too.

What We Expect From You

Please give accurate information when you contact Speaksobtain Septic, and use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Phone Calls, Texts and Emails

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, you agree that Speaksobtain Septic, and the provider you are connected with, may contact you about your request. That may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing reasons. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@speaksobtain.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The content and design of this website belong to Speaksobtain Septic or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Speaksobtain Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

If These Terms Change

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.
